Scope of Agreement
By using SOLAYF services or accessing our support server, solayf.com, or any service linked to us (including the Discord community, game servers, digital products, and development services), you agree to these Terms in full. Any official communication, administrative approval, or vulnerability report must be made exclusively via: contact@solayf.com, security@solayf.com, and hello@solayf.com. Your continued use of the services means you are legally authorized to enter into this agreement and, where applicable, to represent any entity on whose behalf you act.
Accounts & Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for safeguarding login credentials and authentication methods. Sharing access or allowing others to use your account without permission is prohibited. We may request additional verification or restrict/suspend access if misuse or a security breach is suspected.
Age & Legal Eligibility
Your use of the services is conditioned on having legal capacity under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of majority, parental consent and supervision are required. By using the services, you affirm you can be bound by these Terms and, where applicable, represent any entity on whose behalf you act.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SOLAYF services lawfully and responsibly, complying with all applicable local and international laws and, where relevant, the policies of integrated platforms. You may not impersonate any party or imply representation of SOLAYF without authorization. You also agree to respect intellectual-property rights and not to copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of our services except as permitted by law.
Prohibited Activities
- Disrupting the service or attempting to affect its stability, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks, flooding, resource exhaustion, abusive API usage, unauthorized automation, or automated data scraping/extraction.
- Posting or engaging in unlawful or harmful content/behavior: incitement, hate or violence; pornography; defamation or fraud; impersonation; sharing sensitive or private data of others (doxing); spam or phishing; or anything that harms individuals or the community.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access; bypassing restrictions or security controls; selling/leasing/redistributing any SOLAYF services, products, or licenses (or derivatives) without written approval; using pirated assets or code; or attempting to evade suspensions/bans by any means.
Third-Party Services
Some services may rely on third-party providers or platforms (e.g., gaming or payment platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or content of those parties, and outages on their side may affect our service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Payments & Refunds
Where paid products or subscriptions are available, listed prices are final unless stated otherwise. Separate refund policies may apply to specific products/services and will be published on their pages. If no specific policy is stated, payments are non-refundable after delivery/activation except where required by law. Unjustified chargebacks or financial claims may result in service suspension or account bans.
License for Digital Products
When you purchase a script, file, or other digital product from SOLAYF, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or authorized use only; resale, sharing, or publication is prohibited. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or redistribution is not allowed without written permission. Compatibility and updates may change; support or updates are provided only for the period or plan announced at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All marks, names, logos, code, content, and design materials associated with SOLAYF are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use any of our assets or create derivative works without written permission. Each party retains rights to the content it provides to the service.
Copyright Infringement Reports
To report copyright or intellectual-property infringement, send a notice to security@solayf.com with supporting documents and relevant links. We will review the notice and may take actions including temporary removal and notifying affected parties in line with our procedures.
Community Rules
All members must follow the Community Rules and moderator policies. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on severity and at the administration’s discretion.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the services at any time and without prior notice if you breach the Terms or misuse the services. Evasion of suspension by any means (e.g., alternate accounts or exploits) is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. You agree to indemnify SOLAYF, its staff, and partners against claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse. Some features rely on third parties; we are not responsible for the consequences of their failures.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread network outages, epidemics, regulatory actions, or similar events.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws in force at the location of SOLAYF’s operating entity unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, and disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts there.
General Provisions
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No Waiver: Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this agreement without SOLAYF’s prior written consent.
Authoritative Language
If multiple language versions of these Terms exist, the Arabic version shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Changes to the Terms
We may modify the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice, updating the “Last updated” date and publishing the revised version on this page. Your continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Notices
Official notices are sent via the designated email channels or the communication channels announced on the site/community. Receipt through those channels is deemed valid notice.
