Summary of the Policy

Any purchases made for SOLAY are payments for virtual items. Transactions are final and there are no refunds except by administration approval. All items and subscriptions are virtual have no value, and cannot be exchanged for real currency of any kind.

• If you or your guild are blacklisted, you will not be able to access the item, and the funds for the item/subscription will not be refunded.
• There is no guarantee of access to the service, and if the service ceases to function, virtual items will be forfeited and will have no value.
• You waive all rights to open a case against us to claim a refund for any transactions made on the service.
• You must contact us at [email protected] first in case of any issues related to the service, and there is no guarantee of resolution or response.
• We as SOLAY reserve the full right to remove your subscription/item without your permission or any notice and any refund of funds earned for the subscription/item.
• Any unauthorized transactions should be reported immediately within 14 days of the purchase to [email protected].

Refund Policy Updates

We reserve the full right to change our refund policy at any time and for any reason without any notice. If you do not agree to our new refund policy, you must stop using the service immediately upon its change.
